Cultural code

Khinkali began as a dish of eastern Georgia’s mountain people. They come from Pshavi, Khevsureti, Mtiuleti, Khevi and Tusheti. Mountain-style mtiuluri is usually just meat, onion and spices. City-style kalakuri usually adds fresh herbs.
