„საავარიო შუქსიგნალიზაცია უნდა ჩაირთოს: ა) თუ საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის მონაწილე ან მწყობრიდან გამოსული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების გაყვანა ან ბუქსირება დაუყოვნებლივ შეუძლებელია და ეს აბრკოლებს საგზაო მოძრაობის სხვა მონაწილეებს“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.
