„შესაბამისი ნიშნით აღნიშნულ საცხოვრებელ ზონაში: გ) მძღოლმა ქვეითს არ უნდა შეუქმნას საფრთხე და არ უნდა შეზღუდოს მისი გადაადგილება. აუცილებლობის შემთხვევაში მძღოლმა უნდა გააჩეროს სატრანსპორტო საშუალება“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.
