Passing place ahead where uphill traffic can stop, given its speed and state: downhill, you need not stop.

„გარდა იმ შემთხვევისა, როცა გვერდის ასაქცევი ადგილი სავალი ნაწილის გასწვრივ ისეა განლაგებული, რომ აღმართზე მოძრავი სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მძღოლი, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების სიჩქარისა და მდგომარეობის გათვალისწინებით, შეძლებდა მის წინ მდებარე ასაქცევ ადგილზე გაჩერებას, რითაც გამოირიცხებოდა ერთ-ერთი სატრანსპორტო საშუალების უკუსვლით მოძრაობის აუცილებლობა“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.
