At a junction with a working traffic light or controller: you may overtake if you keep off the oncoming lane.

„გასწრება აკრძალულია: ა) წრიულმოძრაობიანი გზაჯვარედინისაგან განსხვავებულ გზაჯვარედინზე ან უშუალოდ ამ გზაჯვარედინის წინ, გარდა: ა.გ) იმ შემთხვევისა, როდესაც გასწრება ხორციელდება რეგულირებულ გზაჯვარედინზე საპირისპირო მოძრაობის ზოლზე გაუსვლელად“
