„გასწრების დაწყებამდე მძღოლი, ისე, რომ არ დაარღვიოს ამ კანონის მე-20 მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტითა და 32-ე მუხლით დადგენილი მოთხოვნები, უნდა დარწმუნდეს, რომ: გ) მას შეუძლია გასწრება ისე განახორციელოს, რომ არ შეუქმნას საფრთხე ან დაბრკოლება სხვა საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილეებს“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.

    In some cases of Art. 13(1): on request, show an authorised officer only your identity document.
