„გასწრების დაწყებამდე მძღოლი, ისე, რომ არ დაარღვიოს ამ კანონის მე-20 მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტითა და 32-ე მუხლით დადგენილი მოთხოვნები, უნდა დარწმუნდეს, რომ: დ) იმ ზოლზე გასვლის შემთხვევის გარდა, რომელზედაც საპირისპირო მიმართულებით მოძრაობა აკრძალულია, მას შეუძლია კვლავ დაიკავოს ამ კანონის 31-ე მუხლის მე-10−მე-12 პუნქტებში მითითებული ადგილი“
