„გარდა იმ შემთხვევისა, როცა მოხვევა სრულდება გზაჯვარედინზე გასასვლელად, სადაც წრიული მოძრაობაა ორგანიზებული, მარჯვნივ ან მარცხნივ მოხვევის წინ, აგრეთვე მობრუნების წინ სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მძღოლი ვალდებულია დროულად დაიკავოს შესაბამისი განაპირა მდებარეობა სავალ ნაწილზე, რომელიც თანმხვედრი მიმართულებით მოძრაობისთვისაა განკუთვნილი“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

  • Art. 1(2)

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.

  • Art. 13(2)

    In some cases of Art. 13(1): on request, show an authorised officer only your identity document.

    Do not litter or otherwise pollute the road surface or the area next to the road.

    Do not pollute the environment with fuel or lubricants.

    Do not drive a vehicle that leaks a substance that pollutes the environment.
