Signal in good time before a manoeuvre and stop once it ends; a hand signal may stop just before it starts.

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.
