„საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილეები ვალდებული არიან, შეასრულონ შუქნიშნის ფერადი მაშუქი სიგნალის მოთხოვნები იმ შემთხვევაშიც კი, თუ ეს მოთხოვნები ეწინააღმდეგება გავლის უპირატესობის განმსაზღვრელი საგზაო ნიშნებისა და საგზაო მონიშვნების მოთხოვნებს“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.
