A sign on a portable stand or road works vehicle conflicts with a fixed one there: follow the temporary sign.

„თუ გზაზე დროებით გადასატან სადგარზე ან საგზაო სამუშაოების მწარმოებელი ორგანიზაციის ავტომობილზე დაყენებულია საგზაო ნიშანი (შემდგომ − დროებითი საგზაო ნიშანი), რომლის მოთხოვნები ეწინააღმდეგება იმავე გზის მონაკვეთზე სტაციონარულად დაყენებული საგზაო ნიშნის მოთხოვნებს, მძღოლი ვალდებულია შეასრულოს დროებითი საგზაო ნიშნის მოთხოვნები“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.
