„თუ ამ მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „გ“ და „ე“ ქვეპუნქტებით განსაზღვრული გარემოებების არსებობისას მძღოლი იძულებულია მიატოვოს საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის ადგილი სამკურნალო დაწესებულებაში მისვლის აუცილებლობის გამო, იგი ვალდებულია სამკურნალო დაწესებულებაში განაცხადოს თავისი ვინაობა (წარადგინოს პირადობის დამადასტურებელი დოკუმენტი და სატრანსპორტო საშუალების სარეგისტრაციო დოკუმენტები)“

  • Art. 1(2)

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.

  • Art. 13(2)

    In some cases of Art. 13(1): on request, show an authorised officer only your identity document.

    Do not litter or otherwise pollute the road surface or the area next to the road.

    Do not pollute the environment with fuel or lubricants.

    Do not drive a vehicle that leaks a substance that pollutes the environment.
