„მძღოლი ვალდებულია იცოდეს საგზაო მოძრაობის წესები, აგრეთვე გათვითცნობიერებული ჰქონდეს ისეთი ფაქტორები, რომლებიც გავლენას ახდენს მძღოლის მოქმედებაზე, მაგალითად, დაღლილობა, უძილობა, სამედიცინო პრეპარატების მიღება, ალკოჰოლის მიღება და ა. შ.“

  • Art. 1(2)

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

  • Art. 1(2)

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.

  • Art. 13(2)

    In some cases of Art. 13(1): on request, show an authorised officer only your identity document.
