Do not hand the controls to anyone with no licence for the vehicle, or a suspended, revoked or cancelled one.

„აკრძალულია სატრანსპორტო საშუალების სამართავად გადაცემა იმ პირისათვის, რომელსაც არ აქვს შესაბამისი კატეგორიის ან ქვეკატეგორიის სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვის უფლება ან ეს უფლება შეჩერებული, ჩამორთმეული ან შეწყვეტილი (გაუქმებული) აქვს საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.

    In some cases of Art. 13(1): on request, show an authorised officer only your identity document.
