„საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილე თავისი მოქმედებით არ უნდა უქმნიდეს საფრთხეს ან დაბრკოლებას საგზაო მოძრაობას. მან არ უნდა შეუქმნას საფრთხე ადამიანებს და არ უნდა მიაყენოს ზიანი სახელმწიფო, საზოგადოებრივ ან კერძოქონებას“

    This law binds citizens, foreigners and stateless people in road traffic here, unless a treaty says otherwise.

    This law also binds vehicles in international traffic here, unless a treaty or agreement says otherwise.

    In some cases of Art. 13(1): on request, show an authorised officer only your identity document.
